Why does every call go directly on hold?


Auto Hold is enabled on your VSet.

How to enable or disable Auto Hold

You can enable or disable Auto Hold directly from your VSet.

  • Tap the MENU Button
  • Select User Preferences

You can simply hit the '6' button if using a VSet12. If using a VSet6, you will have to scroll through the menu with the soft keys or select the "more" option to see and select the User Preferences option.
  • Hit the '2' button to either enable or disable the Auto Hold function

  • Hit the MENU button to return to the main call screen.
