Rack Mounting a Single Telos Alliance xNode

Scope

This document refers to all versions of Telos Alliance xNodes.

All xNodes come standard with a rack mount kit. One unit can be mounted in a single rack space, or two can be mounted side by side.

Mounting a single xNode

xNodes are shipped with one short rack ear and one long rack ear that look like this.

Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver secure a short rack ear to one side of the xNode using two M4 X 10MM flat head screws (provided). Secure the long ear to the opposing side.

For single-node mounting, the long and short brackets can be mounted on either side of the xNode for left or right-hand mounting.

When mounted, the brackets will look like this.

The "L" Bracket

Each xNode also comes with an "L" Bracket.

This bracket is for racking two xNodes together. If you're only mounting one node, save this bracket for possible future use.
