The Caps

Over time, the button caps can become cracked or broken from excessive (or aggressive) use. The good news is that they are field-replaceable.

If a cap needs to be replaced, contact customer support and ask for pricing and availability using the below part numbers.

Replacing the Caps

Unlike the translucent caps also found on Fusion modules, the black caps can simply be pulled off of the switch connected to the board of the module with your fingers.

To install a new cap, ensure the orientation is correct and simply insert the cap into the fitting on the switch.
