Description
Customers will often ask, "Can Axia iProfiler be run as Windows Service" so that the user does not need to log in to the computer?
The short answer is, no. Axia iProfiler Server is a Windows "application" and therefore needs to be running in order to record the archives or allow access to them by the client.
If you were to log out of the user that runs the server, any recordings would stop.
