Scope

If you are moving your SurCode for Dolby Digital Plus license to a new workstation, you will need to deactivate your license on the current workstation. Here is how you do that.

Removing the license container:

  1. From System Preferences, access the CodeMeter control panel.
  2. Click the “Stop Service” button.
  3. Locate the CmAct folder: [Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > CodeMeter > CmAct]
  4. Delete the contents of the "CmAct" folder.
  5. Return to the CodeMeter control panel in System Preferences. Click “Start Service.”
  6. When you open CodeMeter Control Center, you should now see a blank panel. Take a screenshot of this and send it to us.
