Infinity Portal Overview and Account Creation for Dealers

Scope

This document covers initial account creation and an overview of the Infinity portal for Dealers. If you are a customer please see this document.

Account Creation

To access the Infinity Portal you must first create an account.

  1. Click HERE to open the Infinity Portal
  2. Since this is the first time here, click “Register.”
  1. Complete the registration form
  2. Review and accept the Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox,
  3. Consent to Telos Alliance collecting and storing your data from this form by ticking the checkbox
  4. Click “Register Account” to submit the form.

You will receive an email notification after your registration is successfully submitted. Once you have received the email confirming that your registration was successful, you will be able to log in to the Infinity Portal with the login and password you created.

Request Dealer Access

So that Telos can configure the account for dealer access, please email: infinity-portal-team@telosalliance.com

In your email, please let us know that you would like your Infinity Portal Account to have dealer access and include:

  • Your Name
  • Your Company’s Name
  • Email Address you used to register an account.
NOTE: Requests are typically turned around within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be processed.

Once you have received the email confirming that your registration was successful, you will be able to log in to the Infinity Portal with the login and password you created.

After sending the dealer account request email and receiving confirmation from a Telos Alliance team member, log in to your Infinity Portal Dealer account. You will see the “Welcome” tab by default. This is also the section to refer to for product news like updates, new releases, etc.

Obtaining the latest software

Select the “Software” tab to download the latest versions of Infinity software products.

The Dashboard section of your account uses Dashboard Basic by default. Dashboard Basic is free and included with all Infinity Portal accounts; this can be upgraded to the optimized flagship version of Dashboard, Dashboard Advanced, which includes additional functionality. Note that Dashboard Advanced is a paid product, and customers will need to purchase a license if they want to use it.

To obtain the latest firmware for your Infinity hardware products, navigate to the “Firmware” tab.
